Magnificat immobilier's clients have no fees or down payments to pay at the start of the search or for the duration of the mission.

Our clients pay us a commission of 5% (including tax) on the total value of the transaction, and only if the mission is successful. This fee is paid before a Notary on the day the official deed is signed.


Our commission covers:

- The brief establishing your search criteria

- The pre-visits and visits of selected properties, the preparation of your visit reports with comments and photos, regular telephone conversations, and email and mail correspondence.

- Our presence and support at the signature of the official deed before the Notary.

Magnificat immobilier's fee must be added to the price of the properties given in the visit reports. This commission is paid by the buyer.

Magnificat immobilier® signs a search mandate with its client and prepares a detailed brief for this search. We can then start our search for properties and prepare visit reports.

Magnificat immobilier® suggests appropriate properties until its client finds the house or apartment of his dreams.

The commission of Magnificat immobilier® is paid when the property is officially transferred, only therefore when the mission is successfully completed.

If another real estate agent, or other authorised intermediary, is involved in the transaction, the commission will be shared between the agent and Magnificat immobilier®, which undertakes to reduce its fee by 50% (a commission of 2.5% (incl. tax) on the total value of the transaction).
